Ali found her passion for teaching yoga in 2009. She has studied various styles of yoga, and enjoys working with all levels of students, to help them find and maintain a healthy practice for mind and body awareness. Ali’s vinyasa classes blend physical alignment, strength, mindfulness and breath awareness. Expect to sweat, breathe and flow.
